Established in 1988, Clark Atlanta University is a historically black university in Atlanta, and among the largest of the 37-member United Negro College Fund institutions in the U.S. The school is also home to one of the country’s most prestigious university collections of African and African-American art, including world-renowned murals by Hale Woodruff.
